With the blessing of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, and under the leadership of His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Terteryan, the Armenian Church World Youth Union (ACYOWorld) continues its youth-centered activities.
The office’s next project was the “Youth Worker Training” professional course for young leaders held from December 5-9.
The training was attended by about 40 diocesan youth, as well as spiritual leaders.
During the program, which was conducted in an interactive format and with group tasks, diocesan leaders learned through game-exercises to identify team abilities, the main functions of leadership, find systematic solutions to community problems, and also became familiar with the necessary training skills.
At the end, Rev. Tovma Khachatryan, spiritual director of the Armenian Youth Union, Central Office Director, presented certificates of appreciation to the trainers and certificates to the course participants.
