Holy Martyrs (Srbots Nahatakats) Chapel in Kiev, 2017, Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Ukraine։ The Armenian Diocese of Ukraine was founded in 1991 by the Pontifical message of Catholicos Vazgen I. Historically, there have been several dioceses and episcopacy in Ukraine. But now there is only one: the Armenian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Ukraine. The chapel is called the Holy Martyrs (Srbots Nahatakats), after the consecrated victims of the Armenian Genocide. The construction of the church began in 2014. According to the young people of the church,the church is a gathering place for believers of different ages, a place for them to communicate and receive spiritual food, where everyone is an integral part of the church. Their virtue is to continue the work of their ancestors, to preserve their faith, to be worthy heirs, to be true Armenians, to bring up their children according to the Christian values. The priest of the church is Father Karapet Gharibyan.
