The Chairpersons’ meeting, according to ACYOWorld guidelines, is theoretically a connecting link between ACYOWorld regional diocesan youth organizations and the Central Office. Today ACYOWorld has three layers: dioceses, Chairpersons meeting, the Central Office. The Deputies or Representative Assemblies have served as an intermediate link in the history of ACYOWorld. The new order was discussed and adopted at the First Chairpersons’ meeting on 2-3 November 2019, at the invitation of the Central Office. The Chairpersons’ meeting also defined its main functions in its first convocation. The Chairpersons are appointed or elected and approved by the diocesan leaders.
The Chairpersons’ meeting convenes once a year at the invitation of the Central Office.
