The aim of the “Digital Christian Youth Work” ACYOWorld course is to:
provide young people with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure that young people are engaged through digital technologies while simultaneously to spread Christian teachings and values. The course includes a range of topics delivered by both a clergyman and a lay professional, including the importance of online communication, planning a social media strategy, designing online campaigns and building digital bridges, as well as youth participation in the defense of the Church (publishing articles in the press, being active on social networks, etc.). Participants will discuss, learn and share their experiences on how to use digital tools and platforms to create engaging, useful and enjoyable Christian media content that is understandable to the youth of the 21st century, which promotes the spread of Christian values, while contributing to the establishment of strong relationships between young people.
