“World Café Workshop” ACYOWorld course is a simple, effective and flexible facilitation method that enables large groups to engage in dialogue, as well as conduct research and studies based on the results, creating a single document or handbook for guidance.
The 7 principles of World Café are:
- To define a topic
- To create a welcoming environment
- To explore problematic issues
- To encourage everyone’s participation/involvement
- To connect different perspectives
- To listen to each other’s examples and insights
- To share group findings.

A single topic is divided into subtopics, each table has its own facilitator and recorder. All tables begin discussions at the same time, after the allotted time is up, participants move clockwise to the next table to discuss the next topic. Thus, at the end of the workshop, all participants get the opportunity to express themselves on all 5 subtopics.
