The “Cross-narrative” spiritual-intellectual competition is planned to be held with high school students and ninth-graders of primary schools. The goal is to further connect young people with the Mother Church, its faith, rituals and holidays, as well as to awaken a growing interest towards the text of the Holy Scriptures. The competition is a project proposal by ACYOWorld members Diana Shakhbazyan and Vergine Arakelyan. They themselves compiled the questionnaire, coordinated and implemented the first competition within the framework of this program, in which five schools of Yerevan Kentron community participated: two high schools and three primary schools. The competition is dedicated to the feasts of the Cross, which is why it is called “Cross-narrative”. This program was made possible thanks to the cooperation of the Christian Education Center and the Bible Society of Armenia.
